There are 4 colours of this Range that have a firm Fire Retardant Pre-Coat Backing, giving more rigidity for use on softer surfaces, a real plus is these have a peel off plastic protective film to enable the carpet to stay totally clean until the last moment. ScatterMats also sells coloured Duct Tape so you can tape the Runner down on hard surfaces to help make the Event Carpet a Non-slip product.
Characteristics of this Budget Event Runner
The approximate weight of a full 200cm wide Roll is around 30kg, this is quite manageable for 1 person with a trolley to maneuver around. These Wedding Runners can also be cut to any shape or size with a good pair of Scissors or Stanley knife. Be aware of some other cheap products out there as they are only fabric cloth material that wont lay flat on the ground and could be a tripping hazard.
